Cumulative Benefits

Massage is Cumulative!  The more you receive the better you feel!

That’s right, the more quality massage care you receive on a consistent schedule of at least twice a month, the easier your body will respond to the benefits and remember how to let go.  It is just like exercising.  The more you do on a consistent basis, that works for your body, the more strength, energy and vitality you will experience from the inside out.
The same is true with Stretching or Yoga that works for your body.  The bottom-line is that your body responds to what you do with it on a regular basis, day in and day out, positive or negative.  When you give your body what it needs to be flexible, strong and healthy your benefits are positive and welcomed.

What are some these cumulative benefits?
Improved Sleep
Greater Flexibility
Improved Hydration
Improved Muscle Tone
Increased Circulation
Enhanced Healing

If you experience symptoms from Repetitive Stress Injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow, receiving therapeutic massage at least once to twice per week for a specific period of time to the affected muscle group, will significantly enhance the healing process.  Consistent intervals of therapeutic massage will quickly reduce swelling and inflammation as well as muscular pain.

Lower back, neck stiffness and neck pain is significantly reduced and flexibility is restored when receiving therapeutic massage at least once or twice a week for a specific period of time, along with incorporating home care.  For example; Stretching, Yoga and/or Core Strength Exercises.  Your Therapist, Giselle Toran, can help get you started on a home care stretching routine.
